stop

redundancies to save money, a very short sighted way of running a business
only if a business is likely to go bankrupt or profits are being eaten to the point of sinking, should redundancies be thought of.
hardworking staff are a value to any company and as such will turn companies losses in to gains
cut back for cut back sake is the beginning of streamlining a company from a large profitable company into a much smaller business that will strive to grow again into a company that it originally was.
There are other ways of a business saving money, such as cutting down on company meals/corporate Piss up's and perks for management and other such wasteful things, cutting a director/ etc's, wage by say, 10 percent of £120,000 is better than destroying a man's life and livelihood, a director/chairman can manage on a lower wage but for a working man to lose a job means that his family and children suffer
also cutting down on useless corporate training programmes that are of no use to company profits or staff
why is it that the worker is the person that always suffers, if a company doesn't want that worker then they shouldn't have employed them in the first instance if they could not see a long term growth. the answer to all is companies have to speculate to accumulate. stop cutting and invest in growth.

Minds eye of a dream

To dream in colour is a dream of truth
dreaming a twinkle for a unknown youth
premonition of a possible future
a film created by the producer
in black and white a nightmarish fright
deathly hallow, an unholy sight
monsters lurking, creeping prowl
a quiet hooting of a tawny owl
often awakened feeling loss
weeping in ones sleep to a realistic host
mental state of a perfect mind, working it out, trouble behind

Little Sammy

Little sammy has gone to sleep
He died from a illness that caught him deep.
It is so sad he was a wonderful chap
I loved hugging him on my lap
That's where he was when he passed away, I cannot keep my sadness at bay
Two years old, so young to go, now he's gone, my life has a hole
He went from strength to weakness so quick, those days were short when he was sick.
After he passed I wasn't sure what to do, bury or cremate him didn't seem right, so I gave him to the bin men they threw him in the back.
Their truck seemed so apt, a perfect place for my little pet rat.

Good Intentions

I write for justice, for a point of view.
I don't care if all get it or just a few
I write to clear my mind to get my feelings known, if one or two understand my thoughts then please tell them to the blind.

I'm not here forever, just a short while
The same as every living life
Husband, Son, Daughter or Wife.
Be kind and care for one and other.
make apologies for misgivings
Give long and happy times together and celebrate the living.

Revolutionary Revelation

Blood flowing steadily progressively on,
through the stream, into the river, the sea and beyond
Man, adulterous fiend, grinning with deceit, nails through his hands, crown on his head
blood at your feet.
A darkening of day turning into night
storms gathering thunderously, stupendous fright.
Bow down in sorrow, cap on your head, pray for forgiveness from now until dead.
Cast into heaven or maybe to hell
Be honest in dealings and fair in ones sell.
When all is done, judgment come thy way, persecuted, hidden, as a needle in hay.
souls will be found from Easter onto may.

LOOKING UP FROM BELOW

I WANT TO BE APATHETIC
BUT I JUST DON'T CARE
I WOULD HAVE A POLITICAL VIEW
BUT I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO
I COULD GET A JOB
IF I WASN'T A SLOB
I'VE MADE UP MY MIND
TO SIT ON THE FENCE
I WANT AN OLD CAR
WITHOUT ANY DENTS
I WENT INTO THE LADIES
INSTEAD OF THE GENTS

Cross over to reality

Closing eyes for the last time, in to the unknown the hope to see the light to carry us home a last feeling of a loved ones tear on thy face...
